Received the B300 and the build quality is very good. The 12v plug in was used to operate a mini cooler/freezer. It ran great for the 2 hour test I did. Tomorrow I receive the AC300 and can’t wait to try them together.Edit:I did get the ac300 the following day. Recently lost power after a storm knocked a tree over onto power lines. I hooked it up to 1200w of solar panels to charge it during the day and it kept the refrigerator, a medium size chest freezer, and a rouge cooler/freezer running for the two days of power outage. I also charged my jackery 1000 and 300 off of it to use for a couple of lamps and tv in the house. This was all done with just the one b300 battery attached to the ac300. Very pleased with this product and will be ordering 3 more b300 to complete this 120v system.

Using it to power my downstairs off grid setup. Great for both saving in the long run and in case the grid goes down, I will still have power. There Customer service was slow to respond because they are overwhelmed, but they did eventually meet my needs and everything is working as I hoped.

What looks like a great product with great reviews turns out bad for me. Brand new out of the box main unit AC 300 does not power up. Tried to contact Bluetti in Las Vegas. Only able to leave messages. They accept the unit back but I have to pay for shipping. Fir a brand new unit that seems to be defective? We are talking shipping cost for approx 120 lbs after paying shy of $ 4000.00 (including tax). That can not be!Hope company makes me whole. Will advise outcome. This is a follow to above: Customer service / technical support got back to me. The issue I had with the unit starting up was resolved on the phone by an extremely helpful and friendly person. Thank you!As to the units themselves: the reviews have been very good and I can only agree this to be a worthwhile purchase.Recommended.

I am so glad I purchased this. I could have built a unit with components for less, yet I wanted this quality t y, expandable easy to use unit. I wanted to be able to carry it with me and find ways to prove they could start understanding solar possibilities. I have shared on Facebook cooking with a pressure cooker, Then pork in a bravo oven. It work, if you have the $ get 4 batteries now. Get started with 1 battery. I keep it charged with 2* 200watt solar panels Rich panels ordered here $220 each.

I live in an area that has experienced several electrical blackouts during the last year which lasted up to twelve hours. By using three Bluetti Power Stations (EB 40, 70, and 150) I was able to keep my house alarm system, internet modem and router, and small TV active during the two blackouts. After the last blackout I began a search for a larger and more capable power station to be able to keep my deep freezer functioning for a prolonged period to preserve all the expensive meat and frozen items. My research led me to seek a new power station that had a large capacity LiFePO4 battery- known for its safety, long life, and ability to deep discharge without damage. Also important was some portability and solar recharging. The product that best met my criteria was the Bluetti AC300 + B300 Power Station. The Master Module and the battery are separate units and can stack and are connected for use by a supplied cable. Each unit was able to be moved around my house using a furniture dolly and then quickly reassembled for use. Because the system is modular, up to three more batteries can be added in the future. After my initial assembly, I charged it up to 100% in a short period of time using the AC input and then connected the AC300 control unit to my iPhone using the user friendly Bluetti app and also my home wifi system. I now have the ability to monitor the system remotely. I spent the next several days using the new Bluetti System in emergency situations to assess its capabilities. First, I moved it to my garage and plugged in my freezer (155 W intermittent) and ran it for 24 hours without any recharging. Next I added two solar panels to test the solar recharging and pass thru power ability. Over there next day thanks to the sun, I was able to keep the freezer running and partially recharge the battery. I next recharged my electric bicycle batteries which went well. Next was my 12 V refrigerator which could run for an extended time with some solar assist. My CPAP which uses 24 V DC ran perfectly even using the heated hose and humidifier. Lastly, my wife and I used it as a massive recharging station. I can’t say enough about the versatility and power of the new Bluetti Home Backup System. I will now store it in my house near an AC plug and keep it around d 70% for storage because I know that I can use solar if needed for recharging. I am totally pleased about the build quality, ease of use, portability, safety, and peace of mind that I am much better able to cope with a future long term power outage.

Just came in yesterday, the box was well packaged and insulated with Styrofoam from the factory. The Bluetti AC300 and the B300 both worked out of the box with no problems when connected. Instructions were straight forward for assembly. The packages are pretty heavy though and might need two people to make moving these around more feasible. Once out of the box the sturdy handles help tremendously when moving these things. The first thing I powered with the system was the T.V. and it worked like a charm, I can’t wait to see what else I can power with this bad boy! Two thumbs up so far!

I received my AC300/B300 Power Station within a week, yesterday, I had my first chance to test it out. This is the second order from bluetti, first order is from their official website with one set ac300/b300 and now i added the second sets to integrated it to my home grid. The AC300 has a 3000w inverter but no battery inside, B300 is the external battery cell of ac300, this is a very interesting design, i can move it easily and add more batteries to get more power.I started testing ac300/B300 in the evening and ran through the next day.The power station is rated at 3072Wh capacity/each, but in my tests I get about 2700Wh of usable power (88% efficiency) for each set. i connect two sets ac300/b300 with a fusion box pro to get double capaicty 6144wh, and used it on gas furnace with 1/2 Horsepower blower which takes about 850W to run. I wanted to keep the furnace running during a power outage so that pipes in the house don’t burst if it drops below freezing.I was able to run 25 hours on a single charge! That’s more than I expected at an 850W draw. But attention, it’s an intermittent draw. I think if it was colder and the furnace had to kick on more often,if so i may get a little less. But overall, I was much pleased with the test results. I am glad i can use both 120v and 240v by combining the two sets ac300/b300. I’ve done some playing around with the UPS function on the ac300/b300. i also tested the UPS function, it seems powerful. There are 2 modes–Online UPS and Offline UPS, according to my testing these days, If you have a use case where the devices you are powering can’t tolerate any switching delay at all, “Online UPS” mode may be preferable. To preserve battery cycles and run straight wall power, “Offline UPS” would be the choice. I will keep updating if there is more findings.

I got the unit and charged it up to 70% using the AC cord, it worked fine. 6 months later I hooked it up again to fully charge because a hurricane is 2 days away from FL and the B300 battery is dead. It just sat in a bedroom not hooked up for 6 months and now it won’t function. No customer service at all, just a recording saying mailbox is full. I e-mailed like it said to do and have not recieved a reply about how to send it for repair. Still under waranteeUpdate: so glad I bought the Bluetti unit from Prime and not directly from the manufacturer, their customer service is terrible but when the Prime Bluetti people saw this review they got right on it and sent me a new B300 battery that is working great. Great purchase.

Sarah at Bluetti helped me sort out two tracking numbers for a bundle I bought recently. (The Power Station AC300 and B300.) The items had to be shipped separately, however Bluetti could only upload 1 tracking number into Prime’s system. Sarah at Bluetti was very helpful in getting me the additional information I needed.Excellent Service! Thank you.
