    Mine came yesterday whilst I was at work, I am yet to try any recipes but I have of course had a flick through! There’s such a range of different recipes and it is tailored to absolutely everyone! I am incredibly fussy and theres many recipes that I will even enjoy! I love this book and I am 100% sure all the recipes will taste amazing as I also have Courtney’s app and have made a few dishes from there prior to this being released! ..I highly recommend CB’s app as it has everything on it! Oh and the first book the pocket PT is also a great book! Good prices too! ☆☆☆☆☆

    Most cookery books I’ve bought recently have a couple of decent recipes and are then padded out with time consuming, boring or difficult recipes. This book is full of delicious, easy to make recipes with a bonus of being calorie friendly. My mouth is watering at the thought of getting stuck in to making and trying them all! Also great explanation at the beginning of how calories/macros etc work.

    I pre ordered this and I was worried it would be pretty much what Courtney’s app offers but I am so glad to say it is not! Couple of the same recipes but that’s fine :). Cannot wait to try these new dishes they look absolutely amazing! The sticky sausage and red onion traybake is first to try next week now that we are hitting autumn! Really hope Courtney continues with cookbooks because I love trying new things and stops me getting bored! First section is full of useful knowledge about food, energy and calories etc so it’s great for someone just starting out too or who doesn’t subscribe to her app!

    5 stars for meSome incredible bits in here. How that calamari is only just over 300 calories is mind blowing.From some comfort food classics to fantastic low cal takes on popular high street restaurants this book really impressed me.Hoping for an even bigger cook book with more photos next time

    Received my book 2 days ago and I’ve been trying out the recipes and they have been amazing! Easy to follow and great for the family too so no need to make separate meals when your on your weightloss journey. 100% recommend!

    There’s so many amazing recipes in the book as well as a vegan/vegetarian sections. The puddings section looks amazing. Courtney explains everything in her book from calories to macros and what each macro is. Each recipe has the macro count and the calorie count. It’s a lovely book.

    This isn’t just a cook book, there is fantastic advice surrounding eating healthy and mindfully. The effects of not eating enough calories etc. I am so so glad we brought this. We have used 4 of the recipes in the last few days, full of flavour with easily sourced ingredient which are filling and tasty. The only down side is deciding what to pick next as there are so many options. My husband and children enjoy the meals too which makes eating healthy so much easier!

    So so simple to follow, LOVE that it does all the Cal counting for you and gives you an idea what to pair things with!…i much prefer loking at recipes from a book than a small screen shot on my phone! Loved it that much i have even brought my Mum and Sister one! Defiantly recommend and will be buying any follow up books!! Now i will be fit and fueled, ready for the 28 day challenge Monday!!!!

    Iv been hesitant to buy this due to the reviews not all great, however it dropped in price I gave it a try thought worse case can send back , but it oh my god the recipes are amazing Iv never book marked so many recipes in a cook book before I want to try , also it’s lot easier than looking at your phone if you use the recipes on Courtney’s app , 10/10 from me , Iv cooked something from this every night since buying it quick and easy meals . Yes there not many pictures but a picture doesn’t show you how to cook it ? Rather more recipes for your money 🙂

    Absolutely love this book .. recipes are amazing and so easy to put together .. I’m so pleased I pre-ordered this and will be using it a lot to push me out of my food comfort zone. If you’re hesitant, don’t be you’ll be so glad you bought it. Courtney also has an amazing fitness app that costs £15:99 a month, which has live workouts, home workouts, gym workouts, 100s of recipe and food tracker .. If you’re looking to get in shape, stay healthy then there is something for every level as there are multiple trainers available and the community that comes with it, is amazing.
